Returns & exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How it works
- Start a return through our contact page with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once an exchange is received and approved, GLACYR covers standard shipping on the replacement.
- Refunds to the original payment method are available only for items confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items
Items confirmed faulty or damaged within 30 days of delivery can be returned for a refund or replacement. Please include photos when you reach out so we can resolve it quickly.
